• Any damaged items collected will be returned un-ironed to avoid any misunderstanding.
• In the unlikely event of loss or damage, we will compensate up to a maximum of £30 per item.
• Any losses or damages must be reported within 24 hous of delivery.
• Our minimum order value is £12 per collection, orders below 12lb in weight will be charged at £12.
• Payment in full is required on delivery by cash or cheque (surcharge of £1 if paying by cheque)
• Free collection and delivery is restricted to Canvey Island, Benfleet and Hadleigh.
• A minimum of £2.50 will be charged in other areas unless previously agreed.
• We reserve the right to make a delivery/collection charge if appointments are not kept.

Please note we also recycle our hangers and would appreciate it, if they can be returned to our driver when you have finished with them!
